Proving there is more to the lakes than meets the eye, we have taken inspiration from the hidden history of our area and used the past to help design our future. The refreshing modern update is here to stay and to help celebrate this, we are also launching two new beers to our collection!
Brewing from the heart of the Lake District, we are surrounded by creativity, innovation and discovery. Whilst making sure our heritage remains at the forefront of everything we do, our new beers alongside a renamed older classic, welcome a fresh new look which still encompass local history and focus on the historical discoveries tied to the Lakes.
- Atomic Theory (cask, 3.8% ABV) -an IPA named after Cumbrian Scientist John Dalton who advanced the understanding on composition of matter with his Atomic Theory.
- Fine Line (contemporary keg, 4.0% ABV) – a premium Pale Ale contemporary keg inspired by the discovery of graphite in Cumbria in the 1500’s that led to the invention of the pencil.
- Night Vision renamed from ‘Jennings Bitter’ (cask, 3.5% ABV) – Distinct amber ale named after Cockermouth laying claim to be one of the first towns in Britain to have piloted electric lighting.
- Cumberland – our number one golden ale has been given a fresh new look.
All brewed with pure Lakeland water, we can’t wait for you to try our new additions to the family and to see our brand-new look!
