Shipping & Delivery Policy
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Mainland UK only, excluding Highlands and Islands where extra charges may apply. All orders are dispatched using a tracked delivery service and are typically delivered within 3 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery Charges
A flat rate of £6.99 is applied to all orders at checkout. This fee covers packaging, handling, and courier services.
Delivery Requirements
As we sell alcoholic beverages, deliveries must be received by someone aged 18 or over. Age verification may be required upon delivery. If your order is a gift and contains alcohol, the recipient must also be aged 18 years or older.
If no eligible person is available at the delivery address, the courier may not leave the parcel.
Breakages and Returns
If the parcel is faulty or damaged, please take pictures and contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange returns and refunds. info@jenningsbrewery.co.uk
Dispatch Times
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Missed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver, they may attempt redelivery or leave instructions for collection. It is your responsibility to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel as directed.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, or seasonal demand. We are not liable for delays beyond our control but will assist where possible to resolve delivery issues.
