Tonight I went to Wetherspoon’s they had a lovely strong cask ale called Exmoor Beast. A chocolate’y Dark ale full of taste & body that reminded me so much of the old Snecklifter, that specialist brew that helped Jennings ales stand out from the crowd but now all they flog is a tasteless pale bitter.
Forget international pick nick day. It’s Father’s Day on Sunday & I know what I’d love to be buying, but then I’m reminded of the pathetic marketing department at Jennings that repeatedly ignore customer feedback.
I know I’m like a stuck record, but just like the amount of customers that’s walked away, I really don’t see what they don’t get & why they don’t listen.
Unless of course as I’ve always said they do it deliberately to run down this great brewery, as the land it sits on makes for some great real estate & flat development land.
But hey ho. Who cares about customers when. There’s an alternative agenda . Let’s watch this space lol.
Did you know? You can order an additional 8 pack of beer without increasing your shipping costs! *subject to delivery location
As a result of the Coronavirus we have taken the decision to temporarily close our brewery store, bar and on-line ordering facility. We are grateful for your custom and will resume business as soon as possible.
