These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders and purchases made through our website www.jenningsbrewery.co.uk] (the “Site”). By using our Site and placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Age Restriction
It is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are not purchasing alcohol for anyone under the age of 18.
We reserve the right to carry out age verification checks and may refuse to fulfil your order if we are not satisfied.
If your order is a gift OR gift card and contains alcohol, the recipient must also be aged 18 years or older.
3. Products and Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change or withdraw products at any time without notice.
Product images on the Site are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to packaging or production variations.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT at the current applicable rate. Delivery charges (if any) are displayed separately during the checkout process.
Payment must be made at the time of order via the available payment methods. Your order will not be confirmed until payment is received.
5. Gift cards
You may purchase digital gift cards through our website in selected denominations. Gift cards will be delivered by email to the recipient or to you for forwarding. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed online only at www.jenningsbrewery.co.uk. Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must not be used to purchase other gift cards. Please treat your gift card code like cash—lost or stolen codes cannot be replaced.
If your order is a gift OR gift card and contains alcohol, the recipient must also be aged 18 years or older.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver within Mainland UK only. Excluding Highland and Islands where extra charges may apply. Delivery times and options are shown at checkout and may vary based on location and order volume.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes).
It is your responsibility to ensure someone over 18 is available to accept delivery. Age verification may be required upon delivery.
7. Cancellations and Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To cancel, contact us at info@jenningsbrewery.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. You must return the goods unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exceptions: We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been opened or used.
- Perishable goods (e.g. beer with a short shelf life) if opened.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
8. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time we may offer promotional discounts. These are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn at any time.
Promotional codes must be entered at the time of checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site including but not limited to logos, text, images, video and trademarks are the property of Jennings Brewery Limited and may not be used or reproduced without express permission from Jennings Brewery Ltd.
10. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site or any purchase is limited to the amount paid by you for the product in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Our failure to enforce a right does not amount to waiver of it.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect when posted on the Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms before making a purchase.
