Born of Lakeland Water
In Cumbrian dialect, ‘Back Yam’ simply means ‘Back home’. Our Back Yam beer was brewed as a celebration of brewing coming home to Cockermouth, and Jennings’ return to independence in 2025. Back Yam is a Golden Ale brewed with our famous well water, Maris Otter Pale and Oat malts with a dash of Crystal malt to add depth of flavour. Fuggles hops provide both the soft bitterness and the fruity hop characteristics which combine with the full, sweet maltiness to create this splendid easy-drinking beer. 500ml Case of 8 4.0% ABV All of our bottled beer is Gluten Free
