A smooth, rich, chestnut-red winter ale named after that iconic Christmas companion, described by Cockermouth’s William Wordsworth as the bird whom man loves best. Brewed to be enjoyed around glowing coals, or between carols on festive evenings, this new take on our heritage recipe sees Fuggles, Challenger and Opus hops and Marris Otter, Amber and chocolate malts combined with dried fruits and spices for a sweet, moreish, fruit-cake finish that perfectly embodies the season. 500ml bottles Case of 8 4.5% ABV All of our bottled beer is Gluten Free and Vegan Friendly.
